Statistics carried out by YouGov in a 2015

Recently read some statistics carried out by YouGov in a 2015 poll that should really concern us:
About 29% of people are bullied at work.
34% of women are more likely to be bullied than 23% men the highest incidence of workplace bullying occurs among 40-59 year old where 34% of adults are targeted.
29% of people from diverse backgrounds have reported bullying or harassment
as compared to 18% of white employees.
I am not proud of these statistics and we need to find ways to combat workplace
bullying.
